Aw poor kitten! Magpies don’t forget btw…my parents had a cat who pushed them too many times and they told all their friends. He couldn’t leave the house without being dive bombed for a long, long time.

Had a post op call with the vet and had to send a photo of the wound. It’s healing up very well and just looks like a scratch now. 

Caught her about to jump off the fence into next door’s garden but managed to tempt her away with L!dl version of Dre@mies. Interesting that the older cat doesn’t like Dre@mies but likes the L!dl version. 

Talking of L!dl, had a voucher for money off their smashed avocado, all I can say is 😋😍

Forgot to say I was offered 3 months free gym sessions as a carer but declined as I prefer the live online sessions I do from home. No walking to and from the local leisure centre and I can jump straight in the bath afterwards.

I need to buy a couple of things this morning, will probably go to the big Mr T. If Mr SA ever gets up he can come with me and we’ll take the dog so she’ll get a good walk.

DS and the GKs are here later. DD has hidden the chocolate eggs for the Easter egg hunt. Mr SA discovered a couple and I had to tell him they were for the GKs not him 🙄I got them an Easter bucket each full of chocolate eggs from M&S. 

Despite the GP telling Mr SA to stay out of the sun he’s got a burnt face from being outside in the sun yesterday. 

The kitten has been outside for a good explore around this morning, she disappeared out of sight for a while but by the time I’d finished my coffee she was back and waiting at the door to come in.

😳 at Mr SA being in the sun after being told not to. Jealous of the sun though……it peeped out once or twice to tease us here yesterday but we had hail, sleet, thunder and lightning- not a lot of thunder but it was impressive……set alarms off ⚡️⛈⚡️- it was a tad chilly too. Today is brighter but still cold and windy.
Hope the GKS enjoy the egg hunt. We’re not seeing ours this Easter as they’re away.

We had bright sunshine then 15 mins of sleety snow ! Did the doctor not say to stay out of the sun ?

Yes he said stay out of the sun, wear a hat and factor 50. He doesn’t listen to advice especially when he’s told to not do something 😞

It’s been beautiful again today, got loads of washing dry.
