My employers have brought out a new flexible working policy where you work where you want really so I guess the best of both worlds . As I say I enjoy going in the office one day out of my 4 working days to see other colleagues .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.5

Hope the meetings aren't too onerous SA and you get your walks in .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.4

The last meeting in the morning finished early so I decided to go to Lidl. Not NSD 5 after all. Just got back home in time to quickly grab lunch and go into the next two meetings.
I'm not holding out much hope for the interview outcome, I know there's a lot more I could've/should've said. It's annoying as I've got all the experience and skills but it's based on a scoring system on how you respond to the questions. I've discovered today that someone on my team has just got her promotion and she said how much useful coaching she'd received to help her get it. I haven't had anything like this so I need to find out how I also obtain all this help.
Thank goodness it's Friday tomorrow. I'm absolutely worn out this week. I was hoping to finish early but someone sneaked a meeting into my calendar.

I popped to Mr T, to do a bit of shopping, it’s scary the way prices are shooting up. Also they seem to have stopped a lot of the offers that they have had for a long time. Mr A will get a visit next week to see how his prices are.
Yesterday I saw a post saying that N@twest have now got the facility to round up the nearest £ on all purchases and transfer the amount to your savings( hope I’ve explained it ok). So logged on and have clicked to do this. Will soon mount up.I know the odd person who cannot wait to return to the workplace, but they are single and miss the company, even someone just to talk to and see faces.
Hope you hear soon about the job, fingers crossed for you.xx:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.005 -
Morning, happy Friday
Should be a quieter day at work, I'm in a longish meeting later this morning then a very short one just before I log off. Got quite a few bits of admin to catch up with. I really need to log off by 2.50 at the very latest.
Not a NSD as I'm treating myself to an eyebrow wax and tint and gel varnish on my nails out of the gym refund. I've also got a £10 off voucher for the local beauty salon to use up. I know I should ask DIL to do my nails but I want them nice and fresh for my day out with friends next week and they're not coming here this weekend.
I need to pick up some sink unblocker as the bathroom sink is slow to drain, had to use a plunger on it this morning.
@amber03 I've definitely noticed prices creeping up. I do hope the shops aren't doing this just to jump on the bandwagon knowing they can get away with it.

We have noticed prices creeping up as well.
It was inevitable really. They have rising energy costs and staff costs so they had to pass some of it on to us as customers at some point.5 -
And so it begins..
Two bills arrived this morning: water rates up by £5.03 a month and Denplan up by £1.24 a month. Not a lot in the grand scheme of things but it all adds up and there's far worse to come with the gas/electric.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
