It’s a thumbs up for the PON cheesy aubergine bake, so tasty. I adapted it slightly and added a bit of chilli and some green olives. I love green olives and try to sneak them into a lot of my recipes 😆
Went for a walk this morning and did both WW live workout sessions. Also managed to get the dog on the park after work now it’s staying light later.Savouring the final days of full time WFH as once restrictions are lifted we’ll be going back to our contracted 3 days in the office 2 WFH. I’m trying to wrangle it so it’s 3 WFH for me though.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -

Morning, happy hump day.
The kitten is being a pain in the a$$ this morning, leaping around everywhere like a flying squirrel, already knocked stuff over and has been sick which means the medication was probably a waste of time. She's driving the older cat nuts, there's a lot of grumbling and spitting going off.
Wednesday is usually a NSD but not today as apparently I have the hairdressers this afternoon. I'm never going to hit my target of 15 as there are just too many unplanned spending days appearing out of nowhere.
Finally finished reading Gone Girl, I really enjoyed it, definitely going to watch the film. Now I need to choose something a little more light hearted from my to be read pile.
Today's to do:- Spanish
- Choose a new book
- Hairdressers at 5pm
- Lunchtime dog walk
- Exercise - stretching and dance fit
- At least 15k steps
- Clean living room and hallway/stairs
- Washing/ironing
I think that will do for today.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -

Sound lovely SA, I’m trying to cut down on meat so will give this ago. Not much cleaning up after which is appealing. Today I have sorted and cleaned all my kitchen cupboards so have a better idea what I have to use.xx:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.004

The smell of the smoked haddock drove the kitten mad. She’s been a little s0d today.Hair is done, just a trim, nothing radical. Enjoyed the WW live Dance Fit session tonight. 21k steps done 🥳
This time last week I was stressing about the interview, can’t believe I haven’t heard anything yet. Surely tomorrow, talk about keeping you hanging on.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
That seems quite unfair, I bet they have made a decision though.
