To be fair I actually do have a golf umbrella  I'm not sure how or why I have one. I don't have San Migel though unfortunately

Welcome back Little Miss Winner
So annoyed with Mr SA tonight. I shouldn't have mentioned it to him so it's my own fault, but I'm applying for a job on promotion at work. It sounds like exactly what I'm doing at the moment but with more money. It's highly unlikely I'll get it as, if anyone reads this who works for the civil service will know it's all done on how well you can write (or get someone else to write!!) competencies, not on whether you'd actually be suitable for the job. I just mentioned it to Mr SA and he's not happy, he doesn't want me to get promoted. Why??? Told him I don't care what he thinks I want to do what's best for me. I really wish I hadn't said anything, you cut cut the atmosphere with a knife right now. Lesson learned - never tell him anything.
Anyway rant over.
Mr SA has put off DS bringing the grandkids tomorrow as the dining room is a right mess, half stripped and stuff everywhere - the baby would have a field day. So going to get on with the stripping this weekend. I think I might book in the floor people for the end of March which will give me plenty of time to get the room painted and save up for the floor.
I got him the golf umbrella £4 plus the Unity Band £2 plus 3 bottles of San Miguel £4.47. Feel like smashing him over the head with the umbrella at the minute.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Can you get yourself a little treat tomorrow? You tend to write about what he wants, not so much about anything for you.
And the possible promotion? Is it that he is scared of change?
I know it's easy to say, but treat yourself with care
Have a good weekend, take care honey

I have no words on Mr SA but I'd be tempted to put the golf umbrella somewhere other than over his head
Agree with Pauline x“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -
My treat tomorrow will be going to Weightwatchers - I enjoy going and I get to chat to some people I met there and we have a laugh. Plus tomorrow night is treat night - I will have Prosecco, pizza, wedges, salad and garlic bread.
Mr SA has calmed down since I shouted at him and told him to BOGOF.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
