    Hello folks. Tuesday done and dusted and payday tomorrow :) Finally!!!!

    NSD 8 and AFD 10 (faint). Will try and beat those scores in February but I'm pleased anyway.

    Went to the gym again at lunchtime - keeps me out of the shops :)
    I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

    A well done from me too.

    January is a strange month. We have this urge to start anew yet sometimes (read always) life just gets in the way.

    I have managed 22 NSDs but I don't think that is really a success for me as that means I haven't been out much at all. So that's February's challenge for me right there.
