Ugh. More diaries disappearing
You are good, going to the gym at lunchtime. I only get half an hour, that's barely time for anything. It was good to see the sun today though.LBM 1st Feb 2015 £18182 to go

Hi SA have been off the diaries board for a few days due to dodgy iPad charger and can’t believe I’ve come back to find absolute mayhem! I’m so sorry about your diary - especially as you use it to to refer to re Mr SA and his brain trauma connections.
Don’t these stupid trolls have something better to do with their sad little lives! (Mine will probably disappear now!)
I do hope that your diary is reinstated.
By the way well done with the weight loss - and the soup sounds delicious.

It has been mayhem SSG, this forum is under massive attack by spammers, but hopeful the tech people will win eventually.
Have you made a copy of or backed up your diary just in case? Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

I'm going to go through Google cache and get mine back so I can cut and paste the bits I want into a Word document, just so I've got a record of what happened to Mr SA.
I only do 30 minutes in the gym at lunchtime. I've got an app called Motion Traxx which has coached treadmill/cross trainer/cycle sessions - I do 20 minute ones then 10 minutes weights or abs. The gym is on site so only a couple of minutes walk. It's not the best gym, only a few bits of equipment but it's only £60 a year.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Thought it was something I did when I couldn't find you. You are an amazing strong woman. It is terrible when you get spammers deleted diaries. How you cope with Mr SA, working, doing up your home, not to mention your daughter. Sending ((hugs))0
