    This morning in both Firefox and in Chrome Prolific Assistant  is functioning normally again.

    I wish I could say the same for the website. It's still regularly logging me out, so the Studies page doesn't successfully refresh automatically and I have to do a manual page refresh, upon which it takes me to the login page.

    Sounds more like an issue on your computer than their website since there don't seem to be others on here reporting the same problem.

    Anyone else having problems getting completion codes since the change to .com? I've had to submit 5 out of 11 studies with NOCODE which is quite unusual.

    Yes.

    I’ve not done a huge amount of studies since the change but I’ve certainly had more no codes than I would normally do.
    All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

    Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    Seeing a study sit waiting for applicants. Maybe prolific should tell researchers a combination of laptop only/ using your camera/  meeting with other users… for the princely sum of £3.23 for half an hour is not going to be appealing!

    Anybody having technical problems with this study? I had just finished conversation 6 but couldn't get to the next page. Buffering for a long time and then finally a '504 Gateway Time-out' message. Tried opening in new window but same problem. Have messaged researcher. Hope I don't lose out on the £6.

    I think I'm getting about as many as I was before. There have always been periods when there are lots, and periods when there are hardly any, and I expect this differs from person to person. If you're not getting many atm, it's probably just a coincidence that it's since the change to .com.
