They've just updated it for firefox. I deleted and reinstalled it and it's working properly now.

Is anyone else having problems with the new website address? It started redirecting from .co to .com today I think, and since then it seems to log me out every couple of hours.

I'm not receiving notifications of 'New studies available' and not sure whether to wait or try uninstalling Prolific Assistant and reinstalling. - It is showing "Last checked" "Never" in Chrome.0

prolific assistant for me is still showing as .co rather than .com
They are aware of the issue though - this is from RedditHi folks!
Rest assured the team are aware and it's being worked on. Fortunately the site itself is working as normal, but bear with us whilst the extension is brought back up to speed.

In Chrome mine also says .co - and when clicking on the Prolific Assistant icon, it says last checked: "Never." With the team being aware and working on it, is it best to leave it as it is? I wondered about uninstalling then trying to reinstall the extension in Chrome.0

Try Firefox til they fix Chrome? I'm back up and running again having deleted and reinstalled the widget. I got 1 survey whilst the widget was down, but nothing new since.
