Just reported yet another underpaying “post unwanted social media messages” one. I’m sure it’s the same person. Prolific should have got to grips with this by now.

Did anyone here do the 8 week CBT study and were on the waitlist group? I've not heard about access to the CBT yet, wondered if anyone else had?

Thought I would get this one done before I shut prolific down at 16.00 hrs, but after the instructions there were some comprehension questions.

I got the first question wrong and so was asked to return the study which I did, but the researcher is supposed to give two chances to come up with the correct answer.

The below is taken from the Prolific researcher help pages:

'Participants must be given at least two chances to get a correct answer. These checks cannot involve free-text responses'

Just be aware that you do not get a second chance if you secure a place on this one.  My fault obviously but if we all stick by the same rules then we know where we are.

The same thing happened to me. I was certain I had the correct answer too. Seemed a bit weird that there was a "potential bonus of around £300"

Yep, me too.  This one was full.

  You can imagine my facial expression.  Not really sure how they are allowed to advertise the rate of £175 per hour either!

Me too - just reserved a place on that one just now.  I attempted to start straight away, only to find the "Study full" message - please cancel on Prolific.  It seems to happen quite a lot.

Although it is not supposed to have any adverse affect, I don't like seeing "Returned" on Study submissions.  At worse, some weeks ago, I had four in a row and felt like giving up.  It has improved, a bit, since them, but the problem still persists.

Deciphering a Mysterious Machine!

Just had this one also "Study full."

Then offered again as "New Study available on Prolific" but 'also' still already full:

Just offered for the third time and, as before, Study already full.

This is becoming quite a nuisance - Just offered exactly the same Study, two places remaining this time, clicked straight away and, as before (for the fourth time) Study already full.
