GrannyKate said:My submissions list has 3 surveys totally £2.95 showing as awaiting review. The balance button gives £4.55 as the amount awaiting review. Has anyone else had this? Contacting them was unsuccessful as they kept wanting me to choose questions which were not relevant.
But if I check it is not correct.
Total awaiting approval is £13.41. An easy glance shows the 60p survey completed last night hasn't updated in the total.0 -
I just checked mine - there are rather a lot awaiting review - and the total is correct in my case.

I’ve just had a 1p bonus, apparently because I wasn’t selected for a full bonus. Then they ask me on any comments I might have to improve their survey. Tempted to reply it’s going take more than a penny. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Anybody had the one for over 55 year olds about food products, for £9?
I completed it this morning, answered all the questions, followed the links to the different tasks as instructed, got to the end where it explained the purpose of the study and got a completion code.
Now I have had a message from the researcher saying my answers were incomplete as I had not followed the link to task 1.....but I had! They have asked me to return the study. I have messaged back and said no as I definitely did complete it all. I have also reported the study.
****Just edited this to say, that after a few messages back & forth with the researcher, she has now paid me as she can see that I did do it after all. ****
