Only if you download and use the prolific assistant extension. Which isn't that accurate as it can flag up surveys that aren't open to you.

A study asked me for my prolific email address before we started is this normal

It is not usual, but it is OK to give them your Prolific e-mail.  Don't ever give them your personal e-mail, or any other contact details.

Not something anyone on here will know the answer to.  Email the researcher to ask the question, giving them both codes. 

Have you looked at the prolific FAQ section as that would answer some of the questions you are putting in here.

My submissions list has 3 surveys totally £2.95 showing as awaiting review.  The balance button gives £4.55 as the amount awaiting review.  Has anyone else had this? Contacting them was unsuccessful as they kept wanting me to choose questions which were not relevant.

Could there be a survey or two you've done a while ago and might be on the 2nd or 3rd page? Unless you mean you've only ever done 3 surveys.

Has anyone had problems cashing out, or is it taking a bit longer to transfer than usual?

Not personally but lots of people on Reddit are complaining. They're getting emails saying to expect payment within 5 days, so looks like instant payments are broken again.
