Had a faulty survey yesterday which jumped to the end and missed most of the questions out. Let the researcher know and they asked me to return it. I was going to but life got in the way and now they’ve rejected it without giving me any more time. I don’t expect to be paid but I do object to a rejected response that’s not my fault. Worth contacting prolific about? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Social media study
By Yuchen Yang£1.54 • £6.01/hr15 mins27 placesWe would like to know more about social media use.
In this study, we’ll ask you a series of short questions, then you will interact with a simulated social media feed. Finally, we’ll ask you some questions on what you think about social media.
I've just had a rejection on this one, claiming I failed an attention seek question. Posting as a warning to anyone who takes it. I've emailed the researcher to query it.
“Dear participant, Your submission was rejected for study "Social media study" for the following reasons: - Didn't answer essential questions - Finished the study too quickly Here is the message from the researcher: Sorry, I believe our link was faulty and you weren't able to complete - apologies for the rejecting”All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I would definitely raise a complaint with Prolific. I had a similar rejection and, when I complained, Prolific removed the rejection from my (otherwise unblemished!) record.

...Of course It may be that some members would prefer it if the forum reverted back to the dead state it used to be, where, when I checked for content, you would be lucky to see anything posted at all some weeks...

I think this might have been the highest paying one I've done since I started a couple of months ago. Let's hope it's approved, i think I did pretty well. Clocked in at around an hour

A survey for UK residents from Dorset, Somerset or Wiltshire about retirement living communities.
By Sayril Saro£0.30 • £15.65/hr1 min353 placesWe are looking to speak with people from Dorset, Somerset or Wiltshire about retirement living brands that provide services in your area. If you are aware of retirement living for your self or a family member we would like to speak with you.
The below link directs you to a short screening survey, then you will be invited to take part in the main survey.
It has been pretty slow again this week and I got all exited when this appeared. Sadly it is not aimed at me.
I assume 'retirement living' is different to a care home and is a community where people of a certain age live whilst they are circling the plug hole.
Might be something to consider for the future of course.

Hosted by James NelsonI have not seen this one yet, but my ageing laptop that I use for Prolific might not cope with the memory demands of the game.Makes a welcome change from the work tickbox studies, that's for sure, boring or not.0
