If I'm awake early I usually find that, when a Study is available, even with just a few places left, I am much more likely to be successful in reserving a place.During the day often most Studies are already full by the time I click to try to reserve a place. I am pleased to have completed one Study already this morning.0

If you don't see that, you'll probably have to wait for a PayPal reconciliation, which means a 30-35 day wait for the money. If it's any consolation, I have money stuck in the 35-day pit as well.0 -
Thanks for that. No, no "Pending Cash Out" appears for me, so I will just have to keep my reminder in my diary and chase them in at the end of August!

I have a balance and wondered about trying to cash out but feel a bit unsure in case there is still a problem. Glad to hear if anyone has had a successful 'cash out' today, thanks.0 -
I cashed out without incident on Monday; it is just my Sunday cashout which has become trapped in the space-time continuum.

Thanks MollyR. I'll try to 'cash out' this afternoon and, if any problem, I'll post back.

Did anyone else complete this study on 14th July? It involved reading a story which contained six made up words, then having to re-cap the story in 250 words or more using those made up words at least twice. I considered this a memory test, but could only recall five of the weird words (and you could not refer back to the text).
I have just had the researcher ask me to return it as I only used five of the six words - which doesn't seem fair as I spent the full 40 minutes writing a lengthy recap of everything which had happened. The words were very odd, and I did not cheat by writing them down. I thought it wasn't permitted to refuse a study based on what a participant could or could not remember. The words were not attention checks. I have written to Prolific about it, but would be grateful to know if anyone else completed this study. Thanks!

Just had a “identify the fish” one which I had to return because there wasn’t a confirm/move on button visible on the screen. May have been the size of my laptop screen but the researcher hasn’t replied so had to return it anyway. Would have paid 5.75 if I remember correctly. Spent a while faffing around with different browsers, but nothing. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Oh, that's annoying!0
