That one popped up for me too willowcat27 but, unfortunately, although I clicked on it straight away, the study was full.

Update, willowcat27:  The Mushroom one just popped up for me a second time.  This time there were 15 places and, although I clicked on it immediately, once more the Study was full.

Thanks for reminding me, MollyR.  I have checked and 'About You' is all up to date and no unanswered questions.

Since posting, above, I have successfully completed two short studies:  1 about Airport Security (submission approved immediately) and 1 about Luck.  I am delighted now but still don't believe in luck as such!

Higher education logo testing

I reserved a place on this Study and, when I clicked to start straight away, this notice came up:

“You need permission This form can only be viewed by users in the owner's organization. Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake"

I contacted the Researcher but did not receive a reply. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I returned the Study when it was still active but impossible to start, before I was timed out.

I wonder if this has this happened to anyone else? Thank you.

It is frustrating because, when I was waiting, and the study with my reserved place was still active, I missed the opportunity to participate in another new study.  By the time I Returned this study the new one was full.

I've just now - 7pm, had the same study Deleted_User (higher education logo testing) and the exact same thing happened to me, about needing permission.  I also returned it before I was timed out and have sent an email to the researcher but I shouldn't think we'll hear anything. 
I think I must be getting studies about an hour after you as I also had the airport security one today but I got it at 3:30pm and there were loads of places left.

That sounds right, willowcat27 - we seem to get the same studies about an hour apart.  Although a reply from the Higher Education logo testing Researcher is unlikely, I'll let you know if I hear anything.

Word Identification Study

I'm afraid this was another Gorilla Platform one where, after reserving a place and attempting to start,the study was full.  As before the instruction was to Return the study.

I am pleased to have had just a few short Studies today so better than no Studies at all.  Unfortunately, as is often the case, there were a number of Studies with just one or two places available (not Gorilla Platform ones) where, on clicking to reserve a place, the studies were already full.
