I have not managed to access any this weekend and no notifications for me, so far, this morning, yupiteru. 

Last week I was pleased and surprised to successfully access a Gorilla Platform one to completion and received a completion code.   It is pending now.

 I'll be going out soon so will log out and try again later.

I did the first one and actually managed to complete it and got paid (if you can call it paid).  Then I reported it.  I don't understand why it doesn't get adjusted as other studies do.

And also, it was the same rubbishy questions as usual...

Managed to complete 4 this morning and returned the 2 YT Wang studies, so accessed 6 in total so far today, which is good for me, but all short low pay ones unfortunately. 

Completed 1 on Saturday but saw nothing at all on Sunday, but I was not logged in much all weekend.

I can't remember the last time I completed a Gorilla platform survey, I think they have been mainly Qualtrics.

I just need some decent paying ones again, maybe all the institutions/researchers are short of funds?

I did the first one and actually managed to complete it and got paid (if you can call it paid).  Then I reported it.  I don't understand why it doesn't get adjusted as other studies do.

And also, it was the same rubbishy questions as usual...

I must admit I did consider it, but after the last one from Wang which I timed out on, I was reluctant to waste my time again.

Glad you got paid, but if you get no adjustment, it just proves Prolific do not practice what they preach.

I began one of them and after the first block of typing that took me ages, I decided to return it.

There must be a better way to get this sort of information from people surely?

There was only one place left but clicked on it and to my surprise it started loading.  I thought to myself, great stuff, that was lucky.

But no, it was a Gorrila platform study and I get the 'Study is full' message, so I returned it.


5 mins later it appeared again, so I clicked on it and again it loaded, but yet again I got 'Study is full', so I returned it again and was back on the prolific home page.

Anyway, I had to pop down Tesco and get some cat food and when I came back I again decided to visit the Prolific home page and I had a message telling me I had timed out of the study!

You really couldn't make it up.

Anyone else having problems with this one? I had to install an app on my phone, which is supposed to send me notifications for 10 short surveys every day for 5 days. But after doing the first short survey, the notification for the second one arrived late, and then I continued to get repeated notifications during the morning telling me this survey was still available, although I had already missed it. Now I can't even open the app to do the third survey.

The reward is dependent on completing at least 80% of the short surveys, so it looks like I'm going to end up getting nothing, having spent 25 minutes doing the introductory survey on my computer. I've messaged the researcher, so we'll see what they say. If they don't offer me at least a bonus payment for my time spent, I may report the study to prolific.
