The time that Prolific says it will take to complete a study is based on the amount of time it's actually taking people. I've often noticed it says a time of, for example, 15 minutes, then when I finish and get back to the start screen, it says, for example, 9 minutes. So it's not fixed and does vary as people actually complete the study. The study description is based on what the researchers think.
I've also started clicking on 'Not interested' on underpaying studies. Probably a waste of time though as even the worst paying studies seem to get filled for the researchers without any problems so my tiny 'protest' won't even be noticed.0 -
This one has been sitting there since last night if anyone wants to video themselves.

Social Robots for Help with Disabilities and/or Long Term Health Conditions Copy
By Katie Winkle50 places£2.00 • £10.85/hr11 mins
Had to return unfortunately as the video of the robot did not appear, just a blank screen. I tried Firefox and Chrome but still the same.
Advised the researcher but not sure if it was my end or not. I have had this type of issue previously in Firefox but usually when the study is transferred to Chrome all is well, but not this time.

Still no studies for me - only one so far today, about ten minutes ago, with just one place and, when clicked on, the study was full. Not giving up though!Crimson0

I have three well-paying ones sitting there offering themselves to me - two of which are 60 minutes long and one 90 minutes. At lunchtime, for heavens' sake! And I bet they won't be there any more when I've finished cooking and eating.
