I’ve just completed it - just went straight through to the survey page with no issues. I’m using fibre. Have you tried a different browser?

It does take the full hour. No way to whizz through it more quickly.
    Thank you

I did try Firefox, I usually use Chrome. It's only these 2 recent studies on the Gorilla platform that I've had this problem with. I messaged the researcher but didn't get a reply so I returned it.

I ran a speed test while I waiting and our upload speed was less than 1MB so that's probably the issue. I think it's time to change providers as we've had endless problems with the connection despite several engineer visits.

I was rejected from this study because I was using Firefox, although it said nothing about that before one opened it.  I think it said it wanted Chrome, Edge or Safari.
Thank you, I usually use Chrome, but I didn't try Safari this time.

Yes and no. On 18th it goes into a queue to be manually approved by Prolific - so you might not see the 13p for a few days more.

    Wow!
Great news, Research team 12 has increased the reward per hour for this study as it was paying under our minimum recommended reward per hour when your submission was approved.
Your account has been credited by £0.01.

    Morning fellow Prolific workers!

I don't know about you, but I've hardly had any studies over the past few weeks. This is beyond what I usually experience within the NEAT framework - I'm talking like maybe one study every 4 days or so.

Anyway, turns out someone did a TikTok promoting Prolific, and the participant pool doubled overnight - interesting blog post here if anyone is interested : https://blog.prolific.co/we-recently-went-viral-on-tiktok-heres-what-we-learned/

That's an interesting read ndf9876 I thought something was different as I have had my worst month since joining.  I use the Prolific Assistant but I am now not quick enough to get the surveys.  It pinged the other day with 63 places remaining but it was leased out even though I had gone directly to the survey.
