- I spoke too soon - it's back to the 500 notice. I'll try again tomorrow. If anyone can give a link to contact Prolific when not able to log in I'll really appreciate it, thank you.

I hope you get your completion code, Value. It is frustrating having spent so much time on your study and hope it gets sorted soon - and that we can all log in again.

I've been attempting to contact Prolific using it's Participant Submit a Request Form but I am not sure if I am doing it correctly. I'm filling in the form and submitting it but the writing remains on the page and there is no acknowledgement that it has been sent. I don't want to badger them because I know they are busy with Covid related matters but it would be nice to know if I had actually got through to them. Anyone know if this is how the form usually behaves.

I completed all the boxes marked with a red asterisk, the two I left empty were the optional Prolific ID and attachments. I'm not sure what you mean by tick the boxes causeequalstime.

I did the one about matching faces which was worth £2.50. It was about forensic face matching. I feel like I'm doing something worthwhile and contributing to science in a little way.
Although that said at this exact second it is fishing me off because its not loading properly....flippin IT.
I earnt another £1 earlier today while doing a Zoom meetingI had to imagine myself on a board of directors on big company and what that would entail and how I would behave. Took about 6 minutes (they said 4)
I recommend you get the Prolific extension on Google Chrome, which alerts you for new surveys and is helpful - note the extension is not officially from Prolific.
It looks like I can get back into Prolific nowThe Prolific Assistant extension has for a while now actually been taken over by prolific themselves. It still doesn't work properly for me mind you on Chrome or Firefox, but it is definitely worthwhile installing.I have through frustration installed an older version and that seems to be more consistent with alerts so far.Prolific is by far the best site of its type, I also use Qmee, Populus Live, YouGov, Ipsos, Prizerebel and Surveybods, time permitting that is, but recently prolific has been very busy for me so I can't complain.0 -
I'm finding at the moment that the prolific assistant is giving studies which are either full, or allow me to reserve but then tell me they are full which is getting a bit frustrating. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -

Yes this has been happening all day to me, the one about Mars has appeared 3 times and full each time, but I have managed to actually complete 2 so far, so it is not all bad.
