I tried the link in this forum to contact Prolific but I have not had success in opening an email link. I cannot seem to log in to Prolific and if anyone has a link to contact them I would really appreciate it.
When I try to log in it says: "500 - Looks like we're having some issues".
I cannot see a link to report it and it advises to report it if the problem persists.
An UPDATE at7.38 p.m. - the site seems to be working hpnow - 'Waiting for Studies.'
Thank you.

The homepage prolific.co is fine for me, but it won't log in to app.prolific.co, just hangs. Oddly enough, the survey alert is still working and I got the mechanic voice saying "new studies are available on Prolific", but I can't get to them!
Oh, it just did and showed two studies, but when I pressed refresh, it hung again. Maybe it's just very very slow. Which isn't much use when studies fill up in seconds!
I was going to leave it til tomorrow and then maybe log something through the help page.1 -

I did the one about matching faces which was worth £2.50. It was about forensic face matching. I feel like I'm doing something worthwhile and contributing to science in a little way.
Although that said at this exact second it is fishing me off because its not loading properly....flippin IT.
I earnt another £1 earlier today while doing a Zoom meetingI had to imagine myself on a board of directors on big company and what that would entail and how I would behave. Took about 6 minutes (they said 4)
I recommend you get the Prolific extension on Google Chrome, which alerts you for new surveys and is helpful - note the extension is not officially from Prolific.

The site is now showing 503 - Down for maintenance, and the Prolific Assistant add-on is also showing an error.

Really annoying. I was in the middle of a long study that paid £4 but, although I now have a completion code (could see it on the final submitted screen) Prolific stopped working so the end of the study won't transfer me back and I can't enter it in the Prolific study start screen either as it just hangs. I can't message the researcher either as that isn't working and also hangs. I'll be annoyed if I've spent 30 minutes on a study and I don't get my £4!2
