nope they ar drying up again. my partner and myself usually get a couple a day then none for 5 days. just wished we'd get a couple a day every day.0

Not here, i think the most i've ever had in one day that i qualified for was 4. I've had 5 studies in the last 7 days and that's about average for me at the moment.Good luck for 2025 Comping! Be lucky! My August 2025 Wins: £25 lifestyle food voucher (web), book (web)0

It was very strange - I had a 2nd day of it too on Saturday.
My norm is a dripfeed with tumbleweed spells.0 -
I'm not doing badly at the moment, about 2 a day on average over the past week - plus a few others that I returned because they involved writing tasks, which I don't enjoy and always take me longer than the estimated time.

You're all experiencing Prolific's NEAT framework in action : https://blog.prolific.co/data-quality-at-prolific-part-1-what-is-a-good-participant/
In short, you will almost certain go through "peaks" and "troughs" of activity, because that is the way Prolific is designed to work. The blog post I linked to provides a better explanation than I ever could.1 -
I've just had a frustrating issue with a study from Prisca Brosi regarding work issues. 11 minutes was allocated for it, but I was timed out after less than 5 minutes with a message saying I had taken too long and in order to continue with the study I had to click on an email link which had been sent to me. I thought that was odd - they didn't have my email address, and no message came through on my Prolific message inbox - so I have reported it.1

C_J, I've also just had an issue with that study. I got to the last page and at the submission it didn't go back to Prolific but returned to the first page of the study again (and blank, not even with any of my answers in it). I returned it then as I wasn't going to go all the way through to have that happen again. I messaged the researcher but I'll report it as well now as it sounds like a faulty study.1

This is infuriating. I just spent hours typing in all my details after signing up to Prolific, and now it will probably come to nothing because I don't have a passport or driving license.0

C_J, just following up on that work issues study. The researcher replied to say that she would like to compensate me for my time but didn't know how. I'm not sure if she then expected me to forward a screenshot of our messages to Prolific or whether she thought that, as she didn't know how to compensate, I would drop it. I did forward the screenshot to Prolific support who manually approved the study and I have now been paid.0

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1
