I can tell you, as someone who was on prolific for 4 years and got banned, it's a right kick in the nuts. My completion rate was 99.6%, which would normally be considered good but at prolific I think maybe they look for even higher. I'll never know as you're not told why you get removed.

Banned from the AI studies or completely from Prolific? I've never heard of the latter before. Sorry that happened to you either way.

Double or triple repeats are attention checks; you should choose the same video as you did previously.

In case this helps anyone, I have always found the prolific assistant to be hit and miss, but I've been using a different one from the Chrome extension store alongside the prolific one, and it works beautifully. It's called Prolific Studies Notifier, and it's free.

the problem is that with a lot of 8 second videos to watch it is difficult to remember how you previously chose the better one. Often they are equally bad and it’s difficult to decide which is worth.

Yesterday I was doing an AI study, one of the video clips wouldn’t load and then the screen explained I had the option to park it and then return to it. It happened three times, and despite waiting they didn’t load so I had to park them. I did try to go back to one but it wouldn’t let me.
it was also saying that there was a limit to the number of videos you could park which I presumed applied to each study.
However, when I joined the next AI evaluation the three parked ones were still sitting there. No further issues but I am now worried but if I get any more technical problems at their end and have to park more clips they won’t let me carry on.
Has anyone else come across this parking video clip thing because it’s the first time I’ve come across it?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I’ve occasionally pressed F5 on a video that won’t load and the study has continued without the frozen clip.

I've had to park loads in my time. After you have parked 3 in a study the P is greyed out. They often show in the next study but you can park 3 more as before. I can't say I have ever noticed them show for much more than a couple of studies later.
I have tried going back, but like you not had much success.
