    Alrighty then,

I managed to get a mobile number off the NEC, unsurprisingly there was no answer, my wife left our contact details and some information.

I'm wandering what can I do if there is no response from either clickheat or H&Z Corporation ltd.

Because I know that I cannot stop the payment but I can have it held because of a dispute, that might get their attention.

Also the problem with contacting clickheat through there website is that there is only a way to message them through their site,

No phone number no nothing, this to me is really unreliable.

A company doesn't have to have a website with all the contact information on it. Yes it would make for a better customer experience but thats not a legal right.

You can fight for your £30 for principal I guess because the monetary value will be practically nothing after the hours spent chasing them down and resolving this issue.

On one hand your right, but the point is that they should not be allowed to get away with this or my money.

Anyhow after searching this product online it has bad reviews and so does Clickheat for bad customer service.
£30 is a meal out for me and my family at the end of the day.

Just found this, 3 bad reviews about how devious they are.

More power to you. Your principals are set and you know what you have to do which is keep fighting all the way until a lawyer or court tell you otherwise.

So how much effort, stress and money should he throw at it over £30?

Its not just about the £30.

Ive been snooping around on the net, these guys turn up at a lot of events selling dud goods, which are overpriced,

You'll find them on ebay for half the price I paid for one, the bad reviews of the goods and the people whom sell them, taking people's money and not replying to requests for refunds or replacements.

So why should I let potential scam artists take and keep my money and keep taking other peoples money for garbage which is being sold at events and our streets?

As much as it takes until he gives up or wins :)
