Me and my wife was intrested in a click heat liquid pad thing, anyhow you click it inside and it heats up the liquid,
So we purchased it and a few other items for a £30, I had to barter and got him to drop his price a bit.
So, after the autosport event, we went home, my wife could not wait to try this item out soon as we got home, but to our shock the sealed plastic that the liquid is in has spilt and now unusable, So my wife E-mailed the company Called 'ClickHeat' that produced the product and we have had no reply.
So I have tried to find contact details for the company that sold it to us from the trade stand at the NEC, I personally see it as their problem, the company is called H & Z corporation ltd, it is owned by some israel folk.
I CANNOT find any contact details anywhere on the internet, just an address, but its 250 miles away from where I live, they're based in London, but I live up in Bolton, for what it would cost in fuel to return the item its not worth it.
So I'm at my wits end and annoyed about how a company can trade with next to no information on the internet, should I cancel the payment through our bank? we paid by credit card.
What can I do next?

Is there a telephone number.
If a creditvcard is what you paid with, you cant cancel the payment.
The only other thing you can do is email them again, ask them to send a replacement, include a photo of the faulty one. They wont want you to return it. Give them at least a few days to respond
How much was the item ?make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
You can't cancel it - you might be able to do a chargeback but not guaranteed and at this stage you need to at least give them time to respond and try to resolve the issue.
Send a letter?0 -
Ive just phoned the bank to stop the payment until it is resolved, but they cannot stop it because its just shown as pending and they have not taken payment,
So they suggested contacting the NEC for their contact details.0 -

Yes it is, My wife just rang the number displayed and was not recognised. But thanks anyhow.
Ive just Emailed Clickheat directly myself in an attempt to get a response.0 -
Trouble with trade shows is, they attract good performers who can sell.
You could contact the organiser of the nec show and ask for the contact details.0
