Recently had Virgin Media access my property and lay cables along the length of my rain gutter to next door, after previously denying them access to my property. If it was me trespassing I'd be arrested😬
Who do these big corporates think they are?

I think we need more detail.
Do you own the property or are you a tenant?
Have they laid cable on your property or not?
Is there a Wayleave or Access Agreement in force?
BTW, you would NOT normally be arrested for trespass.0 -
Why did you previously deny them access, may be a legitimate reason I’m sure.0

Yes, yes YES I know that there is a crime of Trespass for certain properties ie military bases etc.
If they have used mechanical fixings for the cable that's criminal damage, more than one way to fry a fish.0 -

Why do you even care? Not very neighbourly to stop them!Hi. I'm a Board Guide on the Gaming, Consumer Rights, Ebay and Praise/Vent boards. There is now Aggravated Trespass. But since they have already gone, it's a bit late to call the police. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
