karlie88's cryptic comments have nothing to do with the interest rate.

However, I do think she should stop making them:cool:

Well I am fuly aware about that. It is something to do with the number of accounts is not it ?

Well I will make a cryptic comment!

Between myself and my wife, we have six. We went into a certain financial institution because we couldn't renew reg savers online. The manager was well aware of the number of accounts we had, but it didn't appear to be a problem?

They are just paying 2% interest, so not attractive anyway.

Especially if you've already passed £1000 in interest this year :(

Off to watch Match of the Day.

I hope everyone is embracing 5% on their five figure sums....

Oh aj23, if only you knew.

There are some us who want to keep a low profile when it comes to interacting with TSB staff members.

Which is why a 'minority of us' don't want to apply for a monthly saver over the phone/in branch.

'Congratulations' on opening a current account with them.

Why, how have you been treating them? Like you do on here? I can't believe that.... irony intended.
