:rotfl: that made me laugh out loud!

I've decided to sort one box of gibble (at least) from the playroom each day this week. I will get on top of that dumping ground.

Fingers crossed for not too much snow Lynne, so you can go somewhere nice for your birthday x

Time to dress the small people and fling them out at breakfast club so I can get an early start!!
  • Morning all,

Did quite a lot yesterday so the house looks thankful. Kids are dressed, beds are made, I've unloaded the DW and set the WM going. Got some errands to run this morning, then volunteering, and hopefully it will stay dry enough for a big dog walk.

I need to touch up loads of paint in the living room, where it has been scuffed by the Christmas tree, fingers crossed will have time for that. Shall report back later have lovely mornings all x

    Morning all
Many thanks for lists, will try harder this week to keep up.

Funeral for sister went as well as it could last week - her son gets married later in the year so will all meet up again then for something nice.

Pouring down here so going to crack on with list, getting dressed first thing to do, just need a cuppa to get me started.
    Have a good day
    Hugs

    Morning

Crawling with the ball again this morning but I've: made the bed, got washed & dressed; opened curtains (and windows upstairs); put out recycling; fed the birds; WM x 2, and laundry shuffle x 1.

I had to make myself eat breakfast - never a good sign :( but first I phoned work and arranged a meeting tomorrow with the manager. I've asked her if I can be moved in to an office across the corridor - thankfully she understands as she can't work with a radio on either. However I then found she had interpreted my request as a desire to relocate from a building 2 miles from home with free parking to a building 10 miles away with difficult to find parking you pay for. No, no, no, no. To clarify: 'I would like to stay in the same building but in the quiet room across the corridor' was rapidly texted in her direction. Why is nothing ever straightforward? So instead of relaxing knowing that I've done all I can til tomorrow, I'm hyperventilating that I'll have a fight on my hands tomorrow.

I've forwarded Jojo's link for ear filters to a friend whose husband is having similar problems to me and getting stressed out. Dad has just phoned to tell me a parcel has arrived for me - it may well be the ear filters :T

I'm going to unload WM; change Sweetie's seed and water, walk down to mum and dad's to pick up the parcel, then force some lunch down my neck. Might only be Weet@bix but if I don't eat experience says I'll feel worse later.

Fresh air'll do me good too.

    Back later

The dogs are moulting massively and fur reappears as i sweep it.
I feel your pain; I've just Dys0ned up a load of long, white hair. It can only be from Ronnie, who went home 10 days ago.

Walking wounded here today; I'm still definitely iffy (have managed a few bran flakes and some bio yogurt, in the hopes of quieting my gut down) and Mr LW has a poorly back; so our planned visit to Bletchley Park will take place at a later date.

I realise also that I'm really not coping with doing the whole bungalow over within a week, even though it's a tiny place :(
I'm wondering if I'd be better off going with a 10-day "cycle" to get round the whole place, so that it all gets done three times in the course of a month. And if I do that, does it get me expelled from Flylady? :( The main problem I'm having is that often I'm so desperately fatigued; even "normal" things like having a bath or eating dinner leave me wiped out; and I have even had the situation where I can be awake but can't open my eyes - just the effort of raising my eyelids is too much.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

 Noooooo. That's three times more than my hovel gets done and no-one has expelled me yet (thank goodness).

Why not try the 10-day 'cycle' and see if it works for you? I'm sure no-one on here wants you to do anything other than what your spoons allow. Gentle hugs to you and Mr LW. xx

The parcel was my ear filters. Mum and Dad both seem well and I'm sure the walk was beneficial. I've made a doctor's appointment for next Tuesday - with a doctor I've never seen before as mine leaves on Wednesday and is fully booked :( I'm sure if I'd kicked off they would have 'found' an appointment earlier, but meh - I don't think he can do much for me anyway - as long as he doesn't just tell me that 'I lack confidence' like one GP did! Like that helped in any way, shape or form

Right: 1. food, then 2. WUDUPA a bowl of pots. It's a plan.
