I opened a GIA a few days ago, paid in £100, and transferred it to one of the funds. I asked Orbis via webchat when I would get the bonus £100, and they replied that it would be applied to the account shortly after the closing date for the offer (22nd Jan 18).

I did the same, a day or two after the offer closes is what I was told.

Thanks, based on what others said in this thread I assumed they had got their bonus already. Must have misunderstood.

We have received our bonuses from the current offer period but maybe they are batching up the last bonuses to do them in one go. See that's proof I don't work for Orbis - I didn't know that!

As long as the online chat person confirms your bonus is being processed then you are almost certainly fine. I can't see them wanting to attract customers only to immediately upset them.

how long does it take for them to credit the 100 quids? i am just going to open an account now and am worried that i may miss the dateline and not get the bonus!
