Cleared my sinuses is an understatement.....
I must use less paste next time as it was a tad too hot.
I do hope I don't end up being a "Johnny Cash" song when it works it's way through my system:eek::eek:
:rotfl::rotfl:
If it does please don't share :rotfl: maybe put a roll in the fridge tonight :eek:
I know a older lady who has been planning her funeral for years after many discussions on her song choices I told her I was playing her out to this one :rotfl:Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin0 -

crikey, I don`t know how you can eat such hot food as in curryfied. I never do curries and have only chopped a chili maybe 6 times in my lifetime. Doesn`t suit my digestion at all, I eat mostly milder climate stuff, like local veggies, it is the way my digestion has evolved
I am going to make a list of the foods I want to eat daily as a basis, just a rough list and will tick them off. Today and most days: oats, green veg, coloured veg, alliums, beans, berries, hemp, complete protein, dairy, nuts. Some will get one tick and the veggies will get several ticks. Milks like soya milk goes under beans category so added beans would get beans more than one tick
I am doing a cold plate today including beans and a little cooked ham, plus roasted sweet potato chips. Only the essentials will be listed eg if I eat an apple then that is extra goodness and no tick. Also the more unprocessed the better. I am about to thinly slice fennel and red onion and grate a little carrot, then massage in some lemon juice and leave for lunch, I will make enough for today and tomorrow
I love spring and summer food0 -
Good morning everyone,
I do like a bit of heat & spice but last night's curry was just a tad too hot & spicy for me. Thankfully my tummy seems none the worse for it:). I was going to make Tom Yum tonight but after spicy meals the past two nights I think I'll give more spice a miss.
It's a lovely day here so happy to use up the remaining pork pie with salad for lunch. Tonight I think I'll have a piece of quiche with jersey royals and veg.
I've some admin I need to get out of the way this morning but it's the garden for me again this afternoon.0 -
Been painting this morning .... just eating two hot sausage rolls for lunch. Out of sausage rolls now as I had 4 yesterday and 2 today ... might need to buy more!0

So after spin, the three of us decided to hit the supermarket, as it was nearly closing i got some stir fry pork reduced (straight in the freezer) and some pork steaks, so tonight and tomorrow night will be pork steaks as i will be rushing around a bit so it was appealing throwing into the oven and cracking on. The courgettes looked amazing so im going to have a ratatouille type dish with them lots of garlic yummyness – some how some choc ice cream ended up in my freezer so might have a scoop or two of that later on

I love ratatouille and variations of it. I can happily eat it just by itself:D0

A few more minutes and I can eat, yay. Done loads today and eaten much on my must have list, eating kings meal for breakfast is now over, overnight porridge with soya milk is doing me nicely, gives me room for the hemp drink, green drink, egg and nuts, all spaced out. Allotment has been done, just an hour today and am expecting(hoping) lots of rain tomorrow. Water cans all full down here and hoping I get some in the water butts as looks like drought is coming
I feel that the house is clean and calm and I am changed into hm indie linen mix clothes so I am cool. Reading for me again today, then spinning, oh I am loving pillars of the earth, third read after a very long gap. Makes me appreciate the good things about living today0 -
I have some asparagus i think im going to involve that in there too, waste not want not and all that – i love it too i haven’t had it in ages though!0
