Cooking for one (Mark Three)

Quite a nice day here, breezy but mostly sunny, popped a load of washing through and got it dry on the line 🙃

Not done much else except grocery shop and caught up with myself really.

Filled pasta with tuna, sweetcorn and sunny dried tomatoes for lunch. Oven fish and chips with tinned mushy peas tonight 😋, very lazy but wanted to watch Strictly 💃

I'm trying to sort out a mid week Waitrose delivery, but every-time I go to check out another item on my list becomes un-available on line 🙄. I'm only getting the delivery due to my tumble , still a bit achey & wary of over doing things, normally I'd do top up & mooch in Morries. Nothing is urgent so at a pinch I can do without

Lunch, cheese salad sandwich

Dinner, grilled gammon, mushrooms, fried eggs & AF chips. Nice and easy with out a green veg in sight

Another lovely sunny day, it did feel quite chilly first thing although it's warmed up nicely this afternoon.

Lunch was a bacon roll. 

Dinner - I’m making salmon fishcakes and spicy yoghurt marinated cauliflower.
