Cooler and breezy, may even get some showers

Lunch, BLT, using up some LO B.

Dinner, out sitting around waiting for Hospital patient this afternoon, couple of hours I expect, so dinner will probably be another easy RM stab & ping

    Good morning everyone,

Hoping to get a bit more done today as my arm is less sore and stiff now the bruise is properly out. It's another wet day so apart from giving the greenhouse a quick water and a bin trip I'm happy to be indoors. The kids in this area are back to school today which always feels like a shift into Autumn though hopefully we might get a little more decent weather before the winter gloom descends. DIL and DGD are now in Athens trying to adjust to high heat, DS1 will join them in week after he has been on a work trip.

Eggs for lunch either boiled with salad or Greek style scrambled with veg & feta, I'll see what a I fancy nearer the time. This Grilled Teriyaki Fish With Veg And Noodles Recipe | Fish Recipes | Tesco Real Food using cod and fresh broccoli and some extra side veg.

A bit overcast with light rain showers this morning but it’s feeling cold too with the wind coming from the North, the “feels like” temp is 12c quite a shock to the system.

Lunch was more of the tapas meat selection with salad in a couple of mini wraps.

I’ll just snack on fruit and cheese as I’m bowling early evening again, it doesn’t half mess up my meal routine as I don't like eating a meal before I go but don't really feel like eating after 8pm when I get home.

I went to the Chichester theatre today to see MyFair Lady it was the matinee, reallly enjoyed it just not the chaos on the trains trying to get home. A combination of earlier signalling issues and speed reductions while they check rails. Chichester moved us to Barnham saying trains were sitting waiting at Bognor. Barnham didn't really know what was happening we were checking online for information then we crawled along with frequent stops as there were queues of trains! 35 min journey took 1.5 hours but at least I got home the other 4 ladies I was talking too had to get to London.

Sandwich and cake in Chichester for lunch.

It was 8pm before I got home so just beans on toast for dinner
