    Back to sun, and salads.

I'm going to have the other ready made lasagne for lunch with salad Must be catching, I had one yesterday, from Waitrose. Far far better than the Asda one, and cost less as well. Before I tried it i was happy enough with the Asda one..

Lunch, maybe frozen cheapo Asda Essentials cheese. Never win any prizes but it's Quick N Easy at 99p

Dinner, Grilled Pork loin steak, either new spuds or AF chips, plus salad

I just saw that Wednesday the 29th of July is National Lasagne Day!

I had some melon and a sandwich before my appointment this morning.

I'm going out for lunch, but then I'm making a satay peanut sauce with marinated tofu and veggie stir fry with udon noodles. I'm going to make my dinner for tonight and then two more meals so I will batch cook.

    Good morning everyone,

Grey and showery and feeling cool at 14C. I've a stack of voluntary admin to tackle this week and need to catch up on the chores that got bumped last week when I was lurgified! DS2 is on holiday so we also hope to gut his office aka the dump lol!

Salad and fridge gravel for lunch. Chilli eggs tonight though rather than with bread I'm making AF sweet potatoes and padron peppers. Chilli And Tomato Baked Eggs Recipe | Breakfast Recipes | Tesco Real Food
