Good morning everyone,
I'll second the cheese, grated carrot and mayo combination. I like to add some finely chopped spring onion too and it makes a lovely baked spud topping.
No dogs in the convoy N2BT that would have been a sight lol. The restaurant wasn't pooch friendly so they were chilling in DS1's flat.
Lovely catch up with my friend yesterday over very tasty lentil soup and egg mayo sandwich. World was suitably put to rights. After being busy three days in a row I'm tired so ready for a quietish one today. The temperature has dropped a bit so it's feeling much more pleasant so I'm hoping to spend a few hours in the garden reading and pottering this afternoon. Fridge gravel for lunch. JO's double pepper chicken from his 7 ways book with for dinner.

I had such a craving for baked spuds that I ordered some in my Tesco shopping today. I don't have any carrots in at the moment, though.
