It’s a bit overcast here but at least it’s dry for a change.
I’ve been using up some odd bits that have been lurking in the freezer, I made a crusty baguette pizza for lunch.
For dinner I baked a quiche case whilst the oven was on and I’ll fill it with salmon, leek and asparagus all from the freezer when I’m ready to cook it tonight and will have a portion with jersey royals and a beetroot salad.

I had to go into London yesterday for my course. It was extremely busy as there was a cycle ride and Trooping the Colour. I was glad to get home as I was out all day and there were delays on the train coming back to Essex.
I slept in very late and I just had some watermelon and I might make a roast dinner later if I have the energy.
