I cleaned out the fridge yesterday, but I didn't have the leftover orzo so I will have that for lunch today along with a tomato and olive salad. I need to pop out and get olives later.
I'm about to make a mango, banana and spinach smoothie. I have my blood test to check my cholesterol again tomorrow so I hope it has improved further.0 -
Good morning everyone,
Sounds as though your friend is a tough cookie Brambling. Falling is horrible. Lol re the Scottish notes, it depends which bank issues them what you get on them.
Murky, chilly and slightly damp here today. DS2 says it was very misty when walked Hector first thing.
Sis is heading over soon for a cuppa and a natter. Tesco are due later which is great as we are very low on fruit and veg. More of the pea soup for lunch and tonight it's masala omelettes, AF chips and salad.0 -
