I'm not sure what to have for breakfast yet.
I really fancied a proper fry up one this morning, so it was bacon, eggs, a banger, fried tom & toast
Could do me for the day I reckon.

Lunch, given breakfast, pate on toast
Dinner, Mark's thick pork chop, grilled, with some HM chips & salad

    Good afternoon everyone,
Another lovely though tad cooler and breezy day.
My new air fryer has arrived, only grump is that the "quick start guide" is via a QR code that I can't get to scan and the paper instruction booklet is in miniscule font. It does look like a nifty bit of kit and fits perfectly in the space I made rearranging my kitchen lay out for it. Jamie Oliver by Tefal Easy Fry Air Fryer & Grill EY90JDG0 - Stainless Steel, 8,3L | Tefal UK Shop My sis is going to take my old one. Garden table is yet to appear, that's two days now it's supposed to have been out for delivery only to reappear back at the depot. I've raised it with the seller but hopefully it will turn up today or tomorrow.
I foil baked salmon with veg and jerk spice last night and there's salmon LO which I'll have with salad in a wrap. Dinner is the usual Friday tbc.

Another nice day here, had a pleasant walk along the seafront then a cafe lunch and a nice catch-up with an old workmate.

Just a light tea tonight, a couple of slices of gammon and salad.

It felt like a summers day here, tee shirt weather B)  I was volunteering so only popped out for ten minutes but did finish just after 4pm

i forgot my lunch today so popped into Sainsbury's for a meal deal.

Monkfish curry and rice from the freezer for a easy dinner

Supposed to be warm 20C & sunny, looks like it will be but a cold wind at the moment

Off for my booster jab soon, I've been OK so far, sore arm and the like but nothing too bad
Luckily, for me, the chippy opposite the surgery closed & is now a smashed burger bar, or it would've been F & Cs for lunch

    Lunch, bacon butty
Dinner, last Mark's pork chop, AF chips + salad bits

I fancied a cooked breakfast after Farway mentioned it on here so I changed my order for Sainsbury's which is arriving today. I'm going to have a veggie sausage, baked beans, grilled tomatoes and mushroom with a potato waffle for brunch. :)

Not so nice here today, we have an artic breeze coming in off the sea and the sun not quite making it through the thick cloud but at least its dry.

Quick walk to the fishmonger this morning got a piece of hot smoked salmon to have with a salad and a lemony mayo dressing for lunch.

For tonight I've defrosted a portion of the bolognaise I made during the week to make a cfo Lasagne with some ts broccoli and ss peas on the side.

    Good morning everyone,
Another sunny one but much cooler.
Garden table finally turned up yesterday evening, we'll get it checked later as DS2 has headed to Glasgow to buy a new sporran chain and pick up Frank for an overnight (or 2) stay.
Finally got the QR code for the air fryer to scan so intend read that today.
BLT for lunch. Tonight we're having pulled pork tacos. I've some lumps of pork shoulder in the slow cooker some I'll use tonight and some I'll freeze.

Another sunny & bright start, cool right now, but it's still early

A bit of a restless night with my jabbed arm, not painful, just that I seem to have kept rolling on it and waking me.
Once the weather warms up I intend having a potter, potting on some tomatoes and feeding fuchsias.

I'm also going to make a Tea Loaf, fancying a slice of cake & cuppa later. I've used Earl Grey to soak the dried fruit, to see if it imparts a hint of EG to the finished item.

Lunch, last of the bacon, in a butty
Dinner, frozen cod fillet in crumbs, with frozen chips & frozen peas. A real frozen dinner

Lovely sunny weather again here. I just had some pineapple and a nectarine with a big cup of green tea. I'm not sure what to have for my second breakfast.
