I feel very achy after my meditation class. I must have been lying awkwardly. I'm about to have a bath. I am going to make a smoothie and have some leftover baguette with something. Tea too. It looks very grey and dull out there, but it doesn't feel cold at least.

Grey & dull, but mild, so there's that at least.A bit of a busy night last night, the posh Cottage pie went right through meIt was ready frozen & well in date so not “off” in that sense, and as far as I can see there aren't any ingredients in it that I am sensitive to. Needless to say, I will not be buying that again.I'm OK now, and luckily it was last night, tomorrow is dentist & I would have to cancel if it were today, too riskyLooks like a lolling around day, may pick at food if I fancy somethingMy Asda shopping arrived, only shortage was own brand chocs, but given tum state probably just as wellThere is some on offer salmon fillets in there, so if I fancy it, maybe pan fry one later with a spot of saladI may be missing tomorrow, dentist first, then mooching round a closing down Garden centre just in case some bargain thereThen it's volunteer meeting PMEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0

Good afternoon everyone,
Glad tummy upset seems have eased Farway, hopefully just one of those things.
I was a late riser today, heard DS2 get up and as usual decided to wait until he was sorted out before getting up but promptly feel back asleep. I've nothing major planned for today so the late start won't disrupt anything.
Bright and sunny now but it was pouring earlier. Looks like the mild spell is waning as it's to dip to just above freezing tonight. Apart from a few baked beans dinner was completely demolished last night. I'll either have those or fridge bits for lunch. JO's bacon and pea pasta for dinner.0 -
Apart from porridge this morning, no CFOing here. Boss technically bought sandwiches for a working lunch (he actually owes me for them). Out for a meal with my volunteering group tonight.
Grey and mild here too, would love a bright, crisp day 🙃0 -
It's been quite a nice day here, reasonable temp, sunshine with a moderate breeze but no doubt that will change soon.
Ham salad for lunch.
Salmon, boiled potatoes and mixed veg tonight.

Grey and a bit wet here although I didn't realised until a wet cat came in at 6.30pm it had stopped when I went out at 7pm
i decided not to take painkillers before bed last night and had a restless night 🥱 I fed his lordship at 7am and unlocked the cat flap before going back to bed until a phone call woke me at 9am.Earlier talk of crumpets led to crumpets with cheese for lunch. Smoked haddock with mash potato and veg for dinnerLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin0 -
I have had so much sleep the last two nights. I had a tin of tomato soup with toast and Flora when I got up as I was hungry. It looks very dull and grey again out there.2025 GOALS

Good morning everyone,
Dry and trying to be bright here, feels quite chilly.
Tesco order to sort out and I need to collect the amassed rubbish in my front garden. Much as I'm loathe to blame young people I'm afraid it's only during term time that this is a problem for folk living on the route between school and town and has been issue for as long as I've lived here!
Yesterday I made a pot of pea, leek and lettuce soup to use up a bendy leek and a wilting pack of little gem lettuce. Some of that will be lunch. CFO tonight so will probably use up the baked beans LO from Tuesday.0
