Wednesday I'm hoping to break even weigh wise by the time I go back into the office, I think I had better try on my work trousers having lived in lounging pants for weeks 😁

I hope you can do it. :D

I've had toasted crumpets and then a smoothie made with strawberries and bananas. The fresh fruit from Ocado was quite bad quality this week so I only used what non-bruised bits I could salvage.

...as I'm back at home the rest of the week so can't leave the tub in the office fridge as normal.

I'd not be putting anything into a shared fridge; you don't know who else has opened it, touched things, moved things about ...
As long as my food is in a container and the fridge is kept clean I have no problem putting my lunch in the works fridge it's got to be healthier than leaving it out on a hot day.  But we do make sure the fridge is cleaned and any which looks like it has been left and forgotten binned

    Good afternoon everyone,
Sounds like a very productive day off Brambling 😊.
I certainly haven't lost any weight during lock down but going by my clothes haven't gained any either thankfully!
Annoyingly my balance has been very off since yesterday afternoon so no gardening got done. I thought an early night might sort it but nope so it's another easy day for me. Typical when the weather has picked up and I loads I want do outdoors. That said it's just as well I didn't start painting the fence after my afternoon nap as it started pouring early evening and was still raining when I went to bed.
Tesco has been and no subs or unavailable items this week 😊.
Lunch was a scotch egg with veg sticks and crackers and tonight it's squid and veg fried rice for dinner.

I'm VERY jealous of your rain @caronc - too hot here to think about cooking. Feta salad for lunch. Might have yogurt later before yoga, and probably not bother afterwards. I have weeding to do!

Sounds like your body is telling you to take it easy Caronc, hopefully you'll be able to keep the donkey locked up  :)

Another hot day and i've had to shut the back door and windows this afternoon as my neighbour is working in the garden with a very noisy rotavator and I'm trying to listen to a skype call.  If I disappear I've been caught putting petrol in it's tank or burying him with it (they are nice people just every tool he uses is so noisy).  She said to me yesterday and she had read some where that if you can't hear your neighbours you are the noisy neighbour! I didn't disagree with her ....

I had LO turkey with cauliflower cheese and french beans for lunch today it was a little warm for it but you know what it's like with LOs .  That's the last of the turkey except for a bite for his lordship who usually turns his nose up at human food but did have a little bit yesterday and seem to enjoy.  Not sure about dinner i was going to make bubble and squeak to go with the LO gammon but that feels too hot so I may have the gammon with the cornish new potatoes I brought on Saturday and some salad there are more leaves to pick in the garden as well as thinning out the turnips and beetroot so i can add those leaves to the salad, if I cba i may griddle some asparagus but probably not
