Thanks for delurking threepenny 👋
thanks for the tip on air frying the cauliflower leaves Candy I had never thought of doing that, next one I'll give it a try. So is the air fryer for you Caronc or your son
Farway my sister sent me photos from her walk this morning of bluebells and wild garlic in the woods, just taken from the road. We are lucky that it's only a short walk for both of us to the countryside just unfortunate we can't do it together at the moment but one I may do on Saturday
lunch today was rice and vegetable stuffed portobello mushroom and beef tomato with mozzarella melted on top, very nice and another portion for tomorrow 🙂 followed by fresh berries. Dinner was cba egg on toast followed by rhubarb and strawberriesLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin5 -

Worked through the HM Bolognese sauce over a few days (+cheddar, +sweetcorn, +chipotle paste or green pesto).
Yesterday: Defrosted a YS quiche Lorraine (+cheddar), ate with roasted red onion, chestnut mushrooms, purple broccoli, tomato ketchup.
Today: Three packs YS lightly dusted basa fillets (ASC) in the freezer, so the oldest is on the hitlist. Need bits for a salad.
Tomorrow: ASDA 'click & collect' order. Hard to meet min. spend when you are CFO, staples are out of stock or capped purchase. Cannot get a delivery slot for Morries which is more important (cat food). Since I will buy a bus pass for A's so there is no excuse to try M's. Oh joy.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️5 -

Good afternoon everyone
Brambling the air fryer is for my son but it will give me a chance to see if I do want one😉. However, it's not here yet, the parcel he delivered yesterday was PS4 game that he forgotten he'd ordered at the same time lol!
I'd be lost with garlic and chilli especially garlic though I do sometimes think I have a bad habit of adding it to things rather than thinking about what else I could use! That said yesterday's chicken marinade of garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme and hot paprika was really tasty!
It's another lovely day here, cold first thing but lovely now as long as you are out of the stiff breeze which is on the chilly side. After my snooze I plan to get weedkiller down on the slabs as they are beginning to be unsightly! This morning was many spent online doing admin stuff, I got what I needed to done and the rest can wait until tomorrow or the weekend.
I've a couple of cod portions defrosting for dinner which I'll bake topped with pesto and baby tomatoes. We're going to have these with steamed baby spuds, purple sprouting broccoli, asparagus and green beans. Lunch was a cheese and ham salad bowl.

Floozy mode again today ........need to sort that out but for today it has been nothing so far so my answer to that has to be a brekky for later. Thinking bacon egg mushrooms beans and toast will hit the spot lets see if I can ruin that lol.....I did used to be good cook honest5
