FARWAY , you can roast the cauli leaves in the air fryer, with chilli oil n garlic salt. They're amazingly good! 😉
Thanks for the thought, however two of the ingredients are on my avoid at all cost list :s  There was plenty of cauli once it was trimmed & cooked, so some LO cauli cheese for maybe a nuked hot lunch?

Farway my sister sent me photos from her walk this morning of bluebells and wild garlic in the woods, just taken from the road.  We are lucky that it's only a short walk for both of us to the countryside just unfortunate we can't do it together at the moment but one I may do on Saturday :)
I bet that looked nice, blue & white.
There is a scrubby patch of woodland within walking distance of me which has bluebells intermingled with old bike wheels & glue sniffer's crisp packets, just doesn't have the same picture postcard touch somehow but ideal for the type of photography depicting life as is, the bleak black & white images :(

Sunny day ahead, nothing planned but this bluebell photography may niggle away, who knows
Lunch will be another cheese & salady sarnie
Dinner, I've taken a salmon fillet out to defrost, so fry that in butter & olive oil, with HM AF chips & salad.

You don't eat garlic and chilli Farway? OMG, I love both.

I had houmous and cucumber on toast with tea this morning.

I now might make garlic bread to go in my HM tomato soup at lunchtime. :p

    Good afternoon everyone
Brambling the air fryer is for my son but it will give me a chance to see if I do want one😉. However, it's not here yet, the parcel he delivered yesterday was PS4 game that he forgotten he'd ordered at the same time lol!
I'd be lost with garlic and chilli especially garlic though I do sometimes think I have a bad habit of adding it to things rather than thinking about what else I could use! That said yesterday's chicken marinade of garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme and hot paprika was really tasty!
It's another lovely day here, cold first thing but lovely now as long as you are out of the stiff breeze which is on the chilly side. After my snooze I plan to get weedkiller down on the slabs as they are beginning to be unsightly! This morning was many spent online doing admin stuff, I got what I needed to done and the rest can wait until tomorrow or the weekend.
I've a couple of cod portions defrosting for dinner which I'll bake topped with pesto and baby tomatoes. We're going to have these with steamed baby spuds, purple sprouting broccoli, asparagus and green beans. Lunch was a cheese and ham salad bowl.
