I felt like having carrot and potato mash this morning as I had a craving so  I made it. :D I had some marg, milk and salt mashed in and then brown sauce on top!

I have had three cups of green tea too.
Ooh I love that with grated cheese on top :)

The courgette had gone squishy and was past salvaging and the onion will be fine for a bit so stovies from the freezer with peas and instant gravy it is  :)

It's raining today and I'm not terribly well.  Got a bit of a chesty cough, snotty cold.  I've got some honey nut cornflakes here and a noodle pot, so they're prime candidates for today's menu.

I hate it when they go like that *shudder* I can't eat them like that either.
  • I hope you feel better soon PN.

    It's pouring here as well.

I have had grapes, tea and a vegan BLT. I had a really early night so I feel hungry.

I made roasted seasoned chickpeas earlier but I will have them for lunch instead before I go out. I will have some more fresh fruit too. I have passion fruit, bananas and easy peelers clems in my fruit bowl.

Evening all 👋 I hope you're feel better PN 🤧

After what feels like a very long week at work it's a real TFIF feeling and we escaped at 4.55pm so just missed the worst of the Friday traffic to get out of town  :)   Although I arrived home to empty food dishes, a hungry cat, knocked over kitchen bin, little dirty footprints 🐾🐾 all over the floors and had to rescue my knitting from the floor 😳🙀 I think I'll have to investigate new cat flaps at the weekend 🙄

Yep courgettes and cucumbers seem to hide in the bottom of my veg containers and die.  I begrudge buying half cucumbers as they often work out more expensive and I don't think last so long but this time of year tends to be a false economy

Lunch was the last of my HM RM from the freezer, beef cheek ragu and rice however there still doesn't seem to be a lot of empty space In there 🤔.

Dinner was boiled eggs and soldiers
