OH has just declared that it's the large prawns tonight with pasta!  So that's me off the hook!!  Last night OH also cooked - lovely beef stir fry - much better than I could have managed.

I made a tuna-and-egg-in-cream-sauce puff pastry pie yesterday. We had half of it last night (hot, with steamed green veg) and will polish the rest of it off tonight (probably cold, with a crisp green salad).

The other pork and apple burger that was RTC from the Co-Op with the last of the spinach and squash croquettes and some grilled courgette.

Ohhh, that's just reminded me, there's squash in the freezer, i feel a thai curry may be in the making with that shortly.

I'm afraid they were bought - although they don't look that hard to make at home based on the ingredients.
