What are you making for dinner?

Roast chicken dinner with stuffing, brussels, roast celeriac, swede puree, spiced red cabbage. LC Chocolate snickers cake for pudding.

We spent ages last night trying to decide on a take away curry place. I had been looking forward to getting one all day. Finally decided and ordered loads (arrived at 9.30) including 4 poppadoms, a starter for two, two curries, two rice, two chapattis.  Anyway, we managed the poppadoms, the starter. OH then declared he was full. I ate some of my curry. We had the rest tonight. And I have some profiteroles defrosting for pudding.

Cheese omelettes, new potatoes and salad followed by fresh fruit salad and Greek yoghurt.

Choice of making pizza dough or using pie - FF.

I'm cooking layered potato and onion bake. When it's almost ready I'm going to put tomatoes and cheese on top. Will have with salmon bought frozen from Iceland.

Sausage casserole with buttered gnocchi and broccoli. Plenty of leftovers for either lunches or the freezer. Eldest had a fishcake as he doesn’t like sausages!

I had chicken and ham pie with halloumi fries and veg.

I made a few salads from bits in the fridge, a pesto pasta, potato salad, chopped salad,  greek salad. We had some for dinner with quorn nuggets and  pesto chicken kievs (meal deal at tesco) the rest of the salads went into lunch boxes for tomorrow.
