Last night, older son made salt and pepper chicken.
Tonight we’re having roast chicken, roast pots, parsnips, carrots plus broccoli and stuffing. Then a mince pie. (Just put the tree up).

Do you have a garage where you could plug in your slow cooker Kerrie?
Tonight I have minced up the leftovers from Sunday’s roast beef joint and made some pastry, so tonight (and tomorrow) we’ll be having minced beef, red onion and mushroom pie with mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy.2 -
Freezer fish, chips and mushy peas as it’s a rush out to Cubs tonight.Books read 2023 - 49/751

Gosh, everyone's dinner sounds wonderfully seasonal and festive. I had blackbean and chipotle chilli with spaghetti, fat free cottage cheese, lime and salt pickled red onions, coriander and rocket. Was bulging afterwards so put the intended kiwi fruit aside for breakfast tomorrow.2

I seem to have cooked a full on roast dinner (on a Tuesday!) - roast chicken, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, yorkies, broccoli, carrots, peas and gravy. Have made loads so hoping to do at least tomorrow nights dinner and the rest of the weeks lunches out of it - might have to hide some of it to make sure 😬Books read 2023 - 49/752
