Lunch will be sardines on toast.
    Tea will be kedgeree.
  • Probably pork loin steaks with roasted veg and garlic bread. Last night was posh burgers with cheese in, fried onions, and jacket potatoes.
  • Back home from pickle wrangling so lunch will be homemade leek and potato soup and a cold sausage and we're out for supper tonight at Indian restaurant with DD1 and James so supper will be 'something delicious' and quite a lot of channa dahl (my favourite)!

I have a made-up recipe in the slow cooker for us tonight - diced lamb neck fillet, sliced red onions, garlic, chopped fresh tomatoes, a handful of spinach which needed using up, a tin of butter beans, home made chicken stock, a good glug of white wine, and some thyme/parsley/black pepper/salt. Smells very nice!
