I made lamb, feta and spinach meatballs for the meat eaters. I had some falafels. With halloumi fries from Aldi (loved them when they first came out but not keen now) some sweet potato wedges, cous cous, roasted veg and some houmous. Leftovers for lunch tomorrow.0

Making a Basque Fish Stew tonight using some YS cod I picked up a couple of weeks ago and had in the freezer. Looking forward to this new to me recipe, from the ingredients in it think it will be quite tasty.
