Breaded haddock and beans tonight, OH had some chips as well (not HM) - have the lingering lurgy (not really properly unwell or bad enough to call and actual cold but not feeling 100% and sinus' are screaming) Thank goodness for stuff you can take out the freezer and chuck in the oven.

  • Lemon turkey stir-fry with walnuts, over rice. Toying with the idea of doing microwave sponge puddings as it's got quite a bit colder (and I like sponge puddings)

I made lamb, feta and spinach meatballs for the meat eaters. I had some falafels. With halloumi fries from Aldi (loved them when they first came out but not keen now) some sweet potato wedges, cous cous, roasted veg and some houmous. Leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Making a Basque Fish Stew tonight using some YS cod I picked up a couple of weeks ago and had in the freezer. Looking forward to this new to me recipe, from the ingredients in it think it will be quite tasty.
