Have just sliced up some spuds for Actifry Chips (skins left on) and now soaking in water to get excess starch out of them. I know that I've got a Cheese'n'Onion Crispbake in the freezer - possibly Fish Fingers for OH - with Mushy Peas .
Home made Gluten Free Muesli topped Apple Fruit Corner. Apples need using up, so will be stewed in the m/wave.
Edited to say forget the Cheese'n'Onion Crispbake ...................... decided to have GF Fish Fingers instead:j. The Crispbake lives to eat another day :rotfl:.

Made today for tonight’s dinner and also meals over the weekend:
Peppers stuffed with rice, onions, mushrooms and basil. Will be served in a tomato sauce maybe with jackets.
Cashew paella to eat with a green salad or possibly green veg if the weather turns colder as forecast.
Chickpea chilli (dh not keen on beans unless they’re baked beans or fresh green beans) with the last of the LO rice.
Dh will also be getting smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for weekend lunch as both need using.
Snacks/desserts will be fresh fruit 🍉0 -
We had lunch out as we'd had a run down to choose the new stove so HWK had a ginger sticky pork rice bowl and I had a salad bowl with hummus and falafels.
Light supper after that which will be avocado on seeded toast with poached eggs on top, light rhubarb crumble and yoghurt if wanted and a cup of coffee to finish.0 -
Bubble and squeak, eggs and and veg0

I planned on doing [STRIKE]Gluten Free Sausages, Potato Waffles, Eggs and Baked Beans[/STRIKE] .............. but forgot to take the sausages out of the freezer earlier in the day, before heading for Tesco .
However, while in Tesco, there was a 'Roast in the Bag Chicken' reduced to £2.50 (from £5.00) just sitting there waiting for ME to come along! It's currently in my Halogen Oven (minus the bag), while last few Charlotte Potatoes, some Carrots and Green Beans are 'doing their thing' in the steamer :j. Will do some GF Chicken Gravy to go with it
