Trying to decide between:
Baked sweet potatoes, roasted spiced veg, dollop of hummus
and
Quinoa and bean chilli
Either will be served with corn on the cob and some steamed broccoli.0 -
Don’t know what to do tonight as I basked out an extra long walk last night and really enjoyed it so don’t know whether to do the same tonight which is less cooking time. If I don’t I think it will be sausage casserole and a a bit of gammon in the slow cooker to use for lunches0
