    Weather still very yuk…. Back to autumn 

    Got some local sausages on our meat stock up, pork and IPA (ale) so bangers and mash (for him) tonight with the LO spring greens and onion gravy 😉

    That sounds good @Islandmaid. We're supposed to get a heatwave of 30C with tropical nights Thurs-Saturday.

    Stumped for tonight and tomorrow but tentative plans for jerk pork (House of Commons recipe) on Friday night. That could end up being M&S harissa kebabs barbecued in the garden, with Mediterranean style vegetables. Or just kebabs from the kebab shop with their ace houmous and salad.

    The sun is shining at last and I have veg to use up, so am making some carrot, courgette and red chilli fritters to have with salad.
