I made a cheese and bacon flan last Thursday and there are still a couple of slices left in the fridge, so we will polish that off tonight with some salad incl home made coleslaw and potato salad.

Yesterday we finally had my posh beef and bone marrow pie I got at Christmas that’s been in my freezer since

tonight I’ve defrosted chicken and chorizo kebabs plus some fish burgers which we will have with homemade potato salad and then other salad bits like peppers, tomatoes etc

Well used up half the LO stir fry last night and managed to make it more palatable. Unfortunately there's still another portion to go. Not sure if I can face that tonight so may be one for tomorrow.

Last night we had pasta and meatballs, tonight we are having teriyaki tofu & veg noodles with spring rolls - lots of quick meals at the moment due to kids after school stuff.

I hate it when I can't face using up the last portions of something (and it's not freezeable). :)

Mister CJ is unwell today and probably won't want much more than tea and toast tonight, so I will shunt the planned bangers'n'mash over to tomorrow night. I will be quite happy with a fridge raid for myself tonight as there is cheese/ham/salami.olives etc there to graze on.
Hope Mr C_J is feeling better soon.

OH has volunteered for the rest of the stir fry tonight so I'll instead by polishing off the sub-standard indian takeaway we had on Sat night. I uncovered some forgotten pakoras that came with it so will prob incorporate those into it somehow too. Looking forward to a meal we both actually want tomorrow.
