Well used up half the LO stir fry last night and managed to make it more palatable. Unfortunately there's still another portion to go. Not sure if I can face that tonight so may be one for tomorrow.

I hate it when I can't face using up the last portions of something (and it's not freezeable).
Mister CJ is unwell today and probably won't want much more than tea and toast tonight, so I will shunt the planned bangers'n'mash over to tomorrow night. I will be quite happy with a fridge raid for myself tonight as there is cheese/ham/salami.olives etc there to graze on.5 -

OH has volunteered for the rest of the stir fry tonight so I'll instead by polishing off the sub-standard indian takeaway we had on Sat night. I uncovered some forgotten pakoras that came with it so will prob incorporate those into it somehow too. Looking forward to a meal we both actually want tomorrow.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
