Pasta bake tonight. We had a cheeky McDonald’s for lunch. It wasn’t planned but my daughter needed the toilet and that was the closest place. They’ve got a tiny play area for children and naturally as it was lunch time and Easter holidays there was other children in there so she started playing. It was midday so I thought F It let’s get a McDonald’s lunch. She had a happy meal and I had the wrap of the day as that’s the cheapest adult meal at £3.99 with fries and a drink. I used my McDonald’s account so I’ve now got enough points for a medium fries and I had an instant win of 6 nuggets so next meal is almost free :-D

OH has M&S'd it. Chicken kievs with a mixed veg tray to roast in the same oven.
He also got things to have with salad but alas the salad bought before Easter is looking rather sad in it's unopened bags. There's one bag of rocket that I'll pop in the freezer and I'll have a closer look at the other which is lamb's lettuce, spinach and beet. I might separate that as the green bits (like the rocket) are nice in an omlette whereas the beet can be added to the roasting veg or stir fried.
Happy to have suggestions/advice on the salad stuff! I have been known to seperate my salad in the salad bags, the spinach always outlast the other leaves. Beetroot often gets mixed into coleslaw. Rocket makes fantastic pesto and gets stirred into pasta.
Tonight I made some chicken thighs with sausage meat stuffed in them and wrapped in bacon. Baby potatoes, mushrooms and the mustard greens made from the recipe I picked up on another thread and was popular. It was very good.

Chop the greens into pieces that encourage polite eating.
