Heated up LO spaghetti from last night with some butter and the end of the jar of marmite (slooshed out with boiling water to get it all out) a la Nigella Sluts Spaghetti. With mozzarella on top.

Made OH a flamegrilled Chipotle flatbread filled with spicy cheese and tinned tuna. 4 min Bake and 1 min Air Fry in the air fryer. It was very well received.

I’m making beef burritos with the very last of the roast beef from Sunday plus loads of onions, peppers, chillies, tomatoes, garlic, herbs, rice and black beans all free from the Community Fridge.

It’s only when I write it down on this thread that I realise how much is available from the Fridge every week and although it’s criminal that so much food would otherwise go to landfill (Hello Fresh, I’m looking at you) I consider myself incredibly fortunate to avail myself of it. I could be all noble and say I am just doing my bit to prevent food waste, but we all know it’s more because of how much money it saves me 🤣. And the people I meet there are smashing too.
